In the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos selected guard Quinn Meinerz from Division III Wisconsin-Whitewater. Meinerz was a standout player for the Warhawks, earning All-American honors and helping lead the team to three national championships.
The Broncos also unveiled new uniforms on Monday, updating their look for the first time since the 1997 season. The new uniforms feature a navy blue helmet with an orange and white stripe, a white jersey with navy blue and orange trim, and navy blue pants with an orange and white stripe.
The Broncos are hoping that the new uniforms and the addition of Meinerz will help them improve on their 5-11 record from last season. The Broncos will open the 2021 season on September 12th against the New York Giants.
